The study was conducted to capture the initial efforts for coping measures taken by different income groups and at the organization level for different industries due to the Covid-19 lockdown. The study assessed the changes in operational management and immediate response to the economic crisis at an organizational level due to the COVID19 outbreak. Besides, Consiglieri tried to discover the impact on income, expenditure management, food intake, family life, social life and mental health at the individual level, considering the gender lens in some specific areas.
