The main purpose of this study is to identify the most disadvantaged adolescent and youth with their challenges and opportunities; explore the market opportunities, demand, service providers or skilling opportunities; and eco support system to create alternative learning opportunity or employment for the drop-out adolescent and youth. CPL is applying the MSD approach to conduct the TNA along with the SWOT and SOAR analysis to identify the opportunities.
