Swisscontact hired Consiglieri to perform the end-line assessment for measuring the impact of ASTHA project on the community paramedics and at the community level to know how much and what changes came in the health-seeking behavior in the project areas. Consiglieri adopted a comparative evaluation model with a mixed method of data collection. DAC criteria were used for the evaluation. The data was collected from 300 sample, The data collection areas were Gaibandha, Barguna and Sylhet.
