Consiglieri prepared an assessment report that measured the sustainability, efficiency, effectiveness, and impacts of the EHS+ Center project; captured outcome and impact results as outlined in the project’s approved results assessment framework; and documented successes and challenges raised during the project implementation period. Consiglieri followed OECD/DAC criteria for the evaluation of this project. This evaluation followed mixed method of data collection. A total of 1,135 sample was considered for the quantitative analysis and data collected from 24 respondents was considered for the qualitative analysis.
