The evaluation was to assess the progress of program indicators and the success of the NRP DWA initiative in terms of mainstreaming gender in disaster management and disaster risk reduction. The evaluation followed the OECD-DAC criteria and was conducted in cyclone-prone southern districts (Khulna, Satkhira, Cox’s Bazar), and flood-prone northern districts (Jamalpur, Kurigram). It was a mixed-method study. The quantitative survey was conducted using an ODK-based platform. The survey sample was 397 households.
