ASTHA focuses on reaching the target of ensuring quality healthcare services in rural communities. The project has hired Consiglieri to assess the attributable changes made by ASTHA in the lives of community members and Community Paramedics. Consiglieri is performing a comparative analysis against the OECD-DAC criteria along with the systemic change pathway assessment framework to understand and capture the project’s contributions, attributions, and sustainability.
