Project Description
Endline Study of Collective Impact on Future of Work in Bangladesh Project
This endline study evaluated the impact of WASH and MHM interventions aimed at enhancing hygiene practices, access to clean water, and menstrual hygiene awareness among female RMG workers and adolescent schoolgirls. Using a mixed-method approach, it included a survey with 260 RMG workers and 140 adolescent girls, along with 17 KIIs, 10 FGDs, 1 SDG, and 6 IDIs with relevant stakeholders. Data was collected by ODK-based survey, focusing on urban-industrial areas like Savar and Gazipur and applying a gender-sensitive lens. The study used OECD-DAC criteria for evaluating relevance, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability, alongside the Before-After Comparison and Opinion (BACO) method and Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices (KAP) and Most Significant Change (MSC) approaches for finding insights across households, educational institutions, and RMG factories.
