Addressing the challenges of the rural poor and extreme poor people across 70 flood-prone villages of Gaibandha, SKS Foundation, in collaboration with ANDHERI HILFE, Germany, has been implementing the ELIR project, aiming to improve the living conditions and disaster resilience of 5000 poor households through multiple interventions. Consiglieri carried out the final evaluation of the 4years long project deploying a mixed method and using OECD-DAC criteria.
