A group of service providers has formed a Consortium led by ProPortion Enterprise from Netherlands and consisting of Consiglieri from Bangladesh, WhiteRiceCom from Pakistan, MicroEmpire from Myanmar, and One to Watch from Nepal to support SPRING with a view to lead and manage the delivery of HCD Research across South Asia. The consortium is responsible for overseeing and implementing the safe, timely delivery of all recruitment and logistics of the research; recruiting, managing, and working in close collaboration with the local research moderators who will deliver the research; and providing general project management oversight and updates to the SPRING team (based across South Asia, London, and San Francisco).
