Consiglieri supported BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University, in conducting the study to identify barriers to creating enabling environment for students and graduate midwives and develop strategies to address those barriers leading to the establishment of midwifery as a profession. This study is a qualitative one and 34 KIIs and 14 FGDs were conducted for the data collection.
