Sudokkho assigned Consiglieri to assess the impact of the project intervention up till now to find out the attributable changes that the project has been expecting. Consiglieri used different comparative analyses, including a Quasi-experimental design, to measure the attribution. OECD/DAC framework and mixed method were used. A total of 1304 response was recorded from Dhaka, Chittagong, Nilfamari and Jessore through the ODK platform and the qualitative data was collected using KIIs for this study
