Under the contract with UNCDF, Consiglieri Private Limited (CPL) will serve as the Independent Assessor (IA) for the Shafal Project in Bangladesh. CPL will evaluate and validate the performance of selected NGOs, ensuring they meet the targets outlined in the Performance-Based Payment Agreement (PBPA). This involves reviewing the project’s methodology, performance indicators, and risk management measures. CPL will develop a monitoring framework to verify the achievement of project milestones and conduct independent assessments throughout the project. Additionally, CPL will ensure the project aligns with gender-responsive approaches and the “Leave no one behind” (LNOB) principle.
