Consiglieri will assess the impact of the project by adopting the Before After Comparison with Opinion (BACO) method comparing the baseline and endline data. For that, the team will initially analyze the survey data provided by the RISE Team. In addition, the team will collect qualitative primary data from five factories to explore the reasons for the changes found in the comparison. By adopting the TOC approach, and triangulating the quantitative and qualitative information, the team will generate the key findings for the workshops. Consiglieri will arrange one workshop following the ‘whole system in the room’ approach with the stakeholders using participatory methods like small group discussions. Another internal workshop will be conducted with RISE partners to reflect on the captured learnings. Finally, the team will develop a constructive report accumulating the findings including the recommendation.
