Swisscontact hired Consiglieri to perform a midterm assessment for measuring the impact of ASTHA project on community paramedics and at the institution level to know how much and what changes came in the health-seeking behavior of the project areas. The midterm assessment was primarily conducted in the areas prioritized by Swisscontact where current ASTHA project initiatives were ongoing (Nilphamari Patuakhali and Sunamganj districts). Consiglieri conducted a comparative analysis of the existing primary healthcare service- seeking behavior of rural communities in a project and surrounding non-project locations through a mixed method of data collection. 297 respondents were surveyed and for the qualitative analysis, 3 FGDs and 33 KIIs were conducted.
