The primary objective of the Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE) is to assess the quality and effectiveness of the interventions, measure evidence of change and sustainability of impact, and generate recommendations for the project. The team used the OECD-DAC Criteria in conjunction with the AAER Framework to track progress toward systemic changes. It was qualitative research. A total of 118 KIIs, 41 IDIs and 5 FGDs were conducted.
