The Agricultural Extension project was implemented by a consortium of Dhaka Ahsania Mission (DAM), CARE Bangladesh and mPower. Part of the project activity was to engage in capacity building activities of public and private extension service agents, so as to improve their service delivery to the farmers. Consiglieri conducted the assessment of the capacity and performance of the service providers that they have supported or developed. This assessment was mostly quantitative. 543 respondents were surveyed and 25 FGDs were conducted for this assessment. The data was collected from Barguna, Barisal, Bhola, Jessore, Khulna, Faridpur, Rajbari, Narail and Satkhira.
