EnDev program in Bangladesh focuses on three main areas: development of the market for e-cooking appliances, support for biomass-based improved cook stoves, including policy support for the sector, and demonstration of the business case for solar battery charging stations for e-rickshaws. Consiglieri was hired to verify the results of the SOLshare Innovation Challenge fund and capture the lessons learned. The Consiglieri team adopted the Lot quality assurance sampling (LQAS) method for onsite validation (comprehensive site visit) and conducted a telephone survey to validate the project result. The sample size was 63. It was a mixed-method study.
