The Body Shop (TBS) and Work Opportunities for Women (WOW) implemented an intervention focusing on unpaid work and care with hemp mitt producers and management at Bagdha Enterprise in Barisal, Bangladesh, aimed to improve producer and worker livelihoods and develop supply chain tools. Consiglieri was the implementing partner of this project and provided 22 education and sensitization sessions and workshops with the female workers of Baghda Enterprise and husbands or family members of the female workers with the aim to shift cultural and social norms in regard to gender roles in the workplace and at home.
