Consiglieri was assigned for the beneficiary selection and conducted a baseline study to scout the project beneficiaries following specific selection criteria and prepare pre- project/baseline information of a sample beneficiary per the indicators of project objectives. It was a mixed-method study. The quantitative survey was conducted using an ODK-based platform.
