HI has hired Consiglieri to provide Project Cycle Management (PCM) training to HI staff to improve their understanding and skills in all phases of PCM, including project planning, selecting and designing effective programs/activities, implementation, and phase out of a project; application of the monitoring system through observing the Result-Based Management approach and applying the logical framework, project budget and proposal development, with a particular focus on disability inclusion in working with the host and refugee communities in conflict areas.
