Consiglieri conducted a need assessment to understand the needs and barriers of female RMG workers regarding their access to grievance mechanisms. The qualitative research includes situational analysis regarding violence and harassment-related issues in the RMG factories; HCD-based workshops, KIIs, IDIs and FGDs with various stakeholders, including RMG workers and organizations that provide legal, psychological, and shelter support to RMG workers. It was a qualitative study covering RMG factories in Dhaka and Tongi areas.
